Quality is agreed contract by contract, against the buyer's requirements and the supplier's actual specification. We publish no generic figures.

Commercial terms
The framework for a first shipment
Price is quoted only after the supplier confirms price, quality, port and costs in writing.
- Quantity
- 50,000 metric tons as the initial parcel, with buyers able to take 25,000 MT and above also welcome.
- Delivery
- FOB Russian port as the main basis. CIF to the destination port by mutual agreement.
- Payment
- Irrevocable confirmed documentary letter of credit, with the banks checked by both sides in advance.
- Currency
- US dollars. Chinese yuan can be discussed.
- Price
- Competitive and specific to each deal: grade, port, shipment period and freight.
Process
From first inquiry to loaded vessel
Inquiry
You tell us the specification, destination port, target price and delivery schedule you need.
Qualification
You send an LOI or RFQ. Both sides check company history and banking capacity.
Formal offer
Once the supplier confirms, you receive the price, specification and FCO.
Contract and L/C
The parties sign the SPA and the L/C is opened and confirmed through acceptable banks.
Shipment
Cargo is loaded and inspected, and the origin, quality and shipping documents are presented.
Standards
What we will not compromise
These rules apply to every inquiry and every shipment.
Origin stated plainly
The goods are Russian origin and every document says so. Georgia is our company's seat, not the origin of the grain.
Traceable cargo
We deal only in grain from the internationally recognised territory of Russia, loaded at ports on that territory. Cargo from occupied areas of Ukraine is excluded.
Screened counterparties
Suppliers, buyers, banks and vessels are checked against sanctions lists before any deal proceeds.
Clear about our role
We act as a trade intermediary. Who the contracting parties are, and our role, is set out in writing before anything is signed.
